— THE SPACE

A garden.
A salon.
One sunset.

A private house on Ocean Drive where a Belle Époque Bucharest salon meets a tropical Florida garden. Fifty seats. One seating. By invitation.

ROUND TABLES

No head of the table.

Everyone shares. Strangers become the people you write home about.

TWO WORLDS · ONE HOUSE

Bucharest inside. Miami outside.

Candlelit velvet salon for the rainy nights. Palm-shadow garden for the warm ones.

HERBS AT THE TABLE

Clipped, not delivered.

Basil, rosemary, mint in terracotta along every wall. Picked while you watch.

— THE ROOMS

Three rooms, one evening

The GardenI.

GRĂDINA · THE HEART OF THE HOUSE

The Garden

Round tables under a canopy of palms, banana leaves, and bougainvillea. Terracotta pots of basil, rosemary, mint, lemongrass, Thai chili along every edge — Chef Anto walks over mid-service, clips a sprig, finishes the dish at your table.

Raised beds of edible flowers — nasturtium, borage, marigold — the same ones that arrive on your plate an hour later. A mango tree in the middle. When the fruit drops in season, it becomes dessert.

String lights above. Beeswax candles in hurricane glass below. No electric light after sunset. Crushed shell and limestone underfoot, never concrete.

  • · 3 round tables · 18 seats
  • · Sunset service only
  • · Outdoor wood hearth
  • · Linen tablecloths in the ocean breeze
The SalonII.

SALONUL · THE RAINY-NIGHT ROOM

The Salon

The candlelit room of Jariștea, rebuilt under a Miami sky. Velvet canapele hugging the walls in faded coral and ivory. Round tables — no head of the table, everyone shares.

A piano in the corner that sometimes plays and sometimes just listens. Bookshelves. Heavy curtains. Candles in every corner. The kind of room where a story begins over the soup and finishes over dessert four hours later.

  • · 5 round tables · 24 seats
  • · One long communal table for solo guests
  • · Piano from 8 pm
  • · For warm nights and rainy ones alike
Salonașul de AperitivIII.

THE WELCOME ROOM

Salonașul de Aperitiv

A small lounge by the door where every guest begins. Low canapele, a single bottle of something cold, a plate of olives and house bread.

You arrive a stranger. You leave the aperitif room already part of the evening.

  • · 8 seats around a low table
  • · Every guest passes through
  • · House aperitif included
